Terms & conditions

Placing an Order:

Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice.

A deposit is required and must be paid within 48 hours of receipt of invoice.  If deposit is not paid by this time, the order will be cancelled.

Availability:

Quote requests do not reserve a date on the bakery calendar.  A deposit is required to reserve a date for your order.  Dates must be reserved at least 14 days in advance.  Orders with less than 14 days advance are subject to availability and will incur a rush fee. 

Pick up:

We are based in Long Beach, California.

All orders must be picked up on designated days/times.​

We are unable to deliver at this time.

Changes:

Changes to cookie designs, quantities, or dates are done solely at our discretion and depend on the ability to accommodate the request.

Refund/Cancellation:

Orders cancelled within 14 days before due date will receive a credit for the amount paid that will be good for six months.

Each cookie is baked to order, so we are unable to provide refunds or exchange custom orders once the cookies have been baked and packaged.  

Orders can be postponed for another date , with at least 3 days notice.

Orders not picked up 2 weeks after scheduled pick up date will NOT be refunded.

 

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

All sales are final. In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, the uneaten cookies must be returned within three days to assess their condition and decide if a credit may be issued toward a future order.

Allergen Information:

Cookies contain gluten, dairy, and eggs.  Our cookies are nut free but are made in the same facility that uses nuts in other recipes.
